| Antares under the banner of Mirage will shortly be releasing a fully detailed 1/48 scale IA 58 Pucara in resin and white metal with markings for an Argentinian aircraft and one tested in the UK. This is bound to be an impressive model and will be a limited issue. If you are interested let me know. |

| Lots of new items going on at the moment. Figures and Diorama from Juweela, plastic models from Dragon, PST, Mirage and we now stock glues and fillers. There will be a lot more new bits arriving next week, so hopefully I will find the time (if my main job does not take it) to put these on. |

| Hot News; We shall shortly be stocking the Silver Wings Supermarine Southampton in 1/72. This looks a magnificent model with loads of details and very fine casting. The cost is £97.00 plus post. If you want to pre-order please e-mail me. Though it is not my intention at present to stock the 1/32 Heinkel He 51 I will be glad to bring these in if people want them, again let me know. Release date is April and cost is £135.50 with free P+P. |

| I have added a number of new Karaya items (more to come in a while) plus a number of Retrokit from both branches, lots of WWI armoured cars more items to follow also a lot of new accessories to go on over the next few days. With all this snow an ideal time to buy a little project to do to make use of these unplanned holidays. |

| Merry Christmas to all. Its fair to say 2008 has been interesting, many of you will know we had planned to move the business to France but the house sale fell through and then via the pressure of the media, the housing market crashed then the pound did so against the euro, niether of which help a move in the near future so for the present the move is on hold. I also have a new job which does limit the amount of time I have for the business but we will try the best we can and hopefully things will improve during 2009. If 2009 runs as the 'experts' (aren't these the people that created this mess) are predicting it could also be interesting but we shall continue to try and find unusual models at affordable prices for you. Anyway Merry Christmas to all of you and lets have a great 2009 despite what some may say. |

| I have had a delivery from Wespe which includes the new models of the Diamond T and Trailer, Kaelble tractor and 155mm howitzer. They have also just released more versions of the Diamond T, Morris with Bofors and a Number of Leyland trucks all in 1/72, which look great, we shall be getting these in the near future. We will also shortly be getting from Anigrand the C-141A (£99.00) and the C-141B (£113.50). |

| Meteor Productions have ceased trading, which is a real shame as they were real quality products. I have very limited supplies of some of their decals, so if you want them get in contact quickly. Their products are unlikely to be re-issued as the business is not being sold on. Yet another model company bites the dust............. |

| We will shortly be releasing our first armour conversion, the Pz IV with Ruskstossfreien 7.5cm Pz Wurfkanonen. This conversion is designed for the Revell Pz IV H. We have two more conversions on the way, Hetzer with Pz IV turret and slightly more impressive 28cm K5 mounted on two King Tigers. We are not forgetting aircraft and currently working on the Me 262 Schnellbomber II, though the Bv 40 attack glider will come out before this. |

| I would like to wish all of our customers, suppliers and just casual browsers a very merry Christmas and lets hope for a prosperous 2008 but with our present goverment, that is unlikely, at least in this country. 2008 will hopefully bring some big changes for us, so please keep an eye on the news to see what is happening. | I have just returned from the Dutch Nationals, what a great show, about 2 time the size of the Southern Expo in area with loads of very high quality models on display and traders from all over Northern Europe. A really friendly show, well worth a visit. |
